I’m hoping that you can help me check the status of a package being sent to China from the USA. The package was sent US Postal Service and was received in China on 2014-08-01. This is noted on the China Post tracking site. The tracking (item) number is CW823656468US. The package seems to be stuck someplace and I’m not sure that it will be delivered to the person in Zhanjiang, China, which is the address on the package. The package is in Guangzhou, with a status of “Export Customs Scan.” The package was sent from the USA in late July and now it is October. It’s been about 2.5 months sitting in the customs area. There are no batteries, just papers. Can you please help me resolve this matter and give me an update please.

CW823656468US failed delivery and was returned. it is on the way back to USA.

Thank you for the status. Can you tell me why the delivery failed? I spoke to the person that was suppose to get the package and they said that the package never arrived at their school location.

Also can you give me the information on when the package was returned to the USA? Also give me tracking information. The package had important papers that I need. I need to be able to track the package back to USA, so how do I do this.

Also, I just checked, today on the USPS website tracking for this package and the information shows only that the package was sent. They have no information on receiving the package back into any facility. Therefore please send me information on how this can be tracked that the package has left China and returned back to the USA. Thank you for any assistance.

http://track-chinapost.com/ show “Export Customs Scan" which means the parcel is going outbound of China. It is back to USA.

Yes, I read the track-chinapost message showing "Export Customs Scan." It has been in this status for over 5 weeks, post on 2014-09-07 There is no other message showing. USPS shows no receiving package. So I'm wondering where is the package. Do you have suggestion on how I can find where the package is? Can't take this long for the package to get back to the USA, can it?

As the returning parcel has lowest shipping priority than regular parcel, it might go through sea and take quite long time (2 to 6 months).

track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows your parcel is held in USPS office in MIAMI, FL 33166 . You should contact them and pickup the parcel asap.
