Tracking number # RA408854417CN

Hello. My shippment haves not arrived. It will be going on two weeks now. I am not sure if it is still in China or for it is in America. Mabey it Could be on its way. I just have no clue. I would like to have some type of relief to know my shipment will be here. I need it this week. It is super special. What are your thoughts?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was shipped on Feb 24. Shipping to USA might take 4 to 5 weeks so you should get it by end of March.
