From my very, very rough understanding, 安排投递 is "arrange delivery" and 未妥投 is "not delivered". So, I'm not sure if that's a failed delivery attempt, or just that delivery has been deferred until tomorrow.

The EMS hotline is 11183 if you want to give them a call.
