Hi,

I am not sure what is happening, but when i enter my tracking number in on this site it says no such tracking number exists, however the same tracking number exists on 17track (which i have used countless times without fail).

So i have two issues now: is my parcel really in transit and secondly if it is where exactly is it as it has not been updated since the 17th of last month (July 2019).

Tracking Number is : UI 656 9801 85 CN

UI656980185CN was shipped from China to South Africa on Jul 29.

this kind of parcel starting with U is china post ordinary parcel. China Post will not scan and update its status after it left first post office. so you can not see new status and know where it is now.

This is a slow and cheap service for low value item. china post ordinary parcel might take 4 to 12 weeks to reach your country.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you should open dispute to paypal/aliexpress for lost parcel refund. Otherwise keep waiting.

Thank You very much... I will rather wait, the item was cheap and it would be a waste of time to open up a dispute with seller as it was my choice for taking the cheaper/free shipping.
