Hello everyone!

I'm trying to find any information about a product I ordered. I tried emailing the company to find out any updates and they haven't replied at all. Here is the reference number:

RI741359485CN

The site specified it was a Canadian site so one doesn't "Need to wait for overseas imports."

Any help would be wonderful! Thank you :3

when did you get the number? http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows the number is invalid, normally this means your seller did not ship the goods yet.

Thank you for the swift reply!

On January 20th I placed and paid for my order, and January 25th I received that tracking number saying my item had been changed from "Awaiting Fulfillment" to "Shipped"

wait one more week and track again. if http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php still shows invalid, you should open dispute against fraud.
