Post Package sitting in Chicago

I know it's supposed to take a few days to get through Chicago, but I'm going on 11 days of my package just sitting there. I'm pretty annoyed, as I wanted to pay more to expedite my shipping, but my seller ignored my request and shipped in an epacket anyway. How long do I let it sit there before I can submit an inquiry or something? I've never had an international package sit in customs for this long. My tracking number is LK412045787CN

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel arrived USPS sorting center in Chicago on april 1st. If you can not got by next week, it should be lost in USPS system.then you need to open dispute to ebay

Try getting in touch with USPS, maybe they would provide more info.

They said it may not track from now on and could be processed through with no more scans and it may show up within the week. My friend said he's had that happen to him as well. Or they said it could still be in customs. And they didn't say it could be lost... But it could probably be lost. Fingers crossed it just shows up :/
