Kindly note that my package took more than 25days and it's a long time to be taken.
As I need it ASAP ( it's a birthday gift )
So, please have a solution for me even with the extra cost of delivery I agree.

China Post have tried to ship the parcel in airline to 4 times but the item not Exceeds the export customs. Whats the item ?

The parcels are all delivered together to the airlines/airlines/railways. In your case it is AIRLINES.

Therefore, it is possible that in the bag where your parcel is contained, there is an item in another parcel that cannot be exported from CHINA.

China post is continuing to try air freight.
