I had something sent july 23 and it has been 3 weeks with no status updates.

RI473452135CN

It was scheduled to arrive on the 18th but nothing.

normally parcel status will freeze for 2 to 4 weeks after it left china. you can wait one or two more weeks and track again. if still same thing, you should open dispute to seller for lost parcel.

it's been 4 weeks and no change, the tracking ID is gone from the destination country's database.

shipping to canada is very slow. status freeze for 4 to 5 weeks is normal. if you can not get the goods by end of Aug, you should open dispute for non-arrival parcel.
