Post no shipping record for tracking number. help?

So i ordered a package from a seller on DHgate and it supposedly shipped on febuary 23rd. great reviews certified and all that stuff. no issues with the seller that i could find from other forums. my tracking number is LS598703079CN. it keeps saying that there is no shipping record when i search it on here. on DHgate it says shipped but it had no tracking info. if anyone can help me figure this out it would be greatly appreciated

your seller did not ship the goods yet. you are scammed.
