My tracking number is LT332013043CN . It hasn't updated since the 30. Is it lost?? Can someone help me find where it is? USPS system does not have info of it entering the country

2. Your parcel is On route to USA Chicago. Just keep tracking your parcel on the USPS site for any movement. It seems that USPS Chicago is slow to scan incoming Inbound parcels from overseas.

try going to the chinese version of the EMS website, and there is a Chinese chatting customer service, (so you don't have to talk to them on the phone), and use google translate, (which is accurate in Chinese) and telling them your problem, to get to the ems customer service, input tracking number, and then click on customer service.
and also if you need further assistance China post logistics has an email: [email protected], email them your problem in chinese also.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Jan 22. you need wait 2 to 4 weeks to get it in USA.
