Where is my package? LS512291675CN
What does it mean by held by customs? I was told a certain date to receive my package and I doesn't look like I will be receiving it in that time frame. Can you please help me out with this information?

the parcel LS512291675CN left china on Jan 25. you should get it by eary Feb.
