Hi,
I have this number, says than was delivered but i don´t know who receive.
Says than i must track in USPS, but i don´t have the tracking number, i don't know, what to do?

Please, i want to know who sign for the package, or where is?

http://track-chinapost.com/startusa.php shows the parcel was out for delivery on Mar 10. If you did not get the parcel, go to USPS at MIAMI, FL 33166 , they made the delivery.

Your parcel number starts with R and ends with CN, this is called China Post register mail. Unfortunately USPS does not scan China Post register mail. You can not know delivery status in USA, not even know if it has arrived USA.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php shows the parcel was shipped on Mar 3 from SUzhou,China. Based on my experience, it should travel about 3 to 5 weeks to reach USA. so you should get it by end of March.
