RS672054248CN is in the hand of India Post. You need contact India Post and see if they can help you to redeliver the parcel.

http://track-chinapost.com/track_global.php shows the parcel was shipped on Aug 8. Normally ePacket should arrive Italy in 2 to 3 weeks. Your parcel must be lost. You have to open dispute to seller for refund.

Hello,

I would like to ask for your help. I sent a parcel to China, and it's been with no information since October 9th. The customer asked me about it, but I can't give him a clear response.
Could you figure out something more about it? This same thing happened to me during 2015-2016's Christmass, and the chinese tracker (in chinese) had more info than the english-translated one.
This is the parcel's number: VV077901730ES

Please, lend me a hand.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows VV077901730ES arrived China on Oct 9. If your receiver did not get it, it should be lost.

"shipping notice received" means your seller applied a tracking number from China Post but never actually shipped anything yet. You might be scammed. If you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, you should open dispute against fraud.

Hi,

When I track my package (number: LX027847421CN) it says that on 2017/12/4 my package departed from export customs in Guangzhou. Today's date is 2017/12/18. Why hasn't my package moved any further than Guangzhou? Could my package be lost? Or am I just being impatient? Please help me :)
