http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LX011572018CN was shipped from Shenzhen to Canada on Feb 20. It is now in some middle place between China Post and Canada Post system. Possible location is in Shenzhen airport or Canada customs warehouse. You can not know exact location until parcel passes Canada customs.
This is normal, no need worry.

such ePacket parcel shipping and waiting for processing time might take 2 to 3 weeks.

Once parcel is released to Canada customs, Canada Post website will show its local location in Canada.
