Where are my packageS, and when will they arrive? I ordered two packages on April 12. 2020, and they have not yet shipped from China. Order numbers were 1003 and 1004. Only order 1003 has a confirmed shipping email and tracking account: LM803831123CN. I don’t even have tracking information for my second purchase(1004).

You need contact the seller for the tracking no.

LM803831123CN was received by China Post on April 24. You can track the status here: http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=LM803831123CN

This package is still in China waiting for a flight to Canada. According to our stats, on average it takes about 60 days to arrive Canada after China Post received the package, some package did arrive after 98 days. Since the package did not arrive more than 2 month now, you need to watch for you buyer protection and ask for an extension if it is running out soon. Or open dispute for a refund if it is expiring
