I ordered a product from China on December 9 2019 for a Christmas present for my grandson. As Christmas approached I realized there was a good chance I was not going to receive. I contacted the seller at which time he claimed they were flooded with orders and please wait a little longer. Around the first of the new year I contacted again and he claimed the package had bee exipited for shipment and gave me a ship number about this time ( LW358769223CN) I started going to Chinapost site and it didn't appear to be moving at all. Then on January 10, 2020 I contacted seller again by email. By the next day it was showing "2020-01-1002:36:00 Flight Departure" . Today is January 16, 2020 and it's still showing the same message. If I go to USPS it still indicates waiting on shipment, butthe older January 1, 2020 day. I order by Paypal so still have a chance to place fraud alert on item, but it actuallly looks like something might be happening but I can't figure out why nothing seems to be moving toward USA. So, question is how much more time should I allow before canceling the entire order via Paypal.

LW358769223CN left Shenzhen on Jan 10. Normally it will arrive USA in 2 to 3 weeks. You might need wait some more time to get the goods.

If your buyer protection is expiring, you can open dispute to PayPal to claim refund first. Once you get your goods and find it has no problem, then you can pay back the money to seller.
