Hi Concern,

Please help me checking my shipment EC202113354US as from UPSP tracking it says its delivered to China and from track-chinapost.com tracking it says
Activity as Final Delivery
Remarks as Delivered to: 13632664889
However I did not received my package. Can you guide what actions I can take? Thanks in advance.

Call EMS hotline 11183 and inquiry delivery detail. Maybe someone in your building picked up the parcel for you.
