Package from China was last tracked on Nov 3 departing from ZhengZhou international. Is it normal for there to be no update until now? Thanks.

Yes. After the item leaves China, China Post can't scan it any more, so it can't be updated any more.

How long will China Post parcel arrive my country? How long will my tracking status be updated?

Normally the item would be updated when Canada Post receives and scans it, but Canada Post has decided they're not going to put tracking info online for incoming registered items any more. So, the departure from Zhengzhou is the last notification you're going to get until the item arrives. =/
