Post Shipment stucked?

Hi! My order has not been updated since 2015-12-24 and it is stucked on "Guangzhou Transit Station export customs cleared". Whats the reason for it being help up so long as i checked other user's tracking and right after the export custom clearance they get sent to the airport.
How long more do i have to wait for my items to arrive ?

the parcel left china on Dec 25. you should get the parcel by mid of Jan 2016

At the 5-6 of January you should be able to track it on the Poste Italiane's website.
It will take up to 10 days for the custom clearance and so, for the delivery.

Thanks to chinapostvolunteer and Hazard! For tracking on Poste Italiane's website can I use the same tracking number or when the pack arrives to italy Poste Italiane gives it a new tracking number?

What is precisely "custom clearance"?

Comunque, Per "Custom Clearance" intendo lo sdoganamento, quindi quando effettivamente il pacco passa dalla dogana al servizio postale che lo spedirà a casa tua.
Penso che riceverai il tuo oggetto tra il 10 e il 15 di Gennaio.
Comunque ti consiglio applicazioni come AfterShip, o track-chinapost che ti permettono di tracciare il pacco quando viene anche in Italia, sempre con lo stesso codice.
Se vuoi invece fare manualmente, vai sul sito poste.it e inserisci il codice di tracking, tanto è sempre lo stesso.

sto usando track-chinapost che mi sembra buonissimo come sito! Quindi il pacco ora come ora ha passato i controlli doganali a Guangzhou ed è partito già per l'Italia se ho capito bene?

Esatto.
Quando vedrai che l'ultimo aggiornamento è dalle poste italiane, il pacco sarà arrivato con successo in Italia.

Ok! Credo di aver capito come funziona pressapoco, il pacco ripasserà ancora in dogana una volta arrivato in Italia. Aspetto il 10/15 gennaio circa e vi dico!
