Siccome non ho notizie del tracciamento della mia spedizione, vorrei sapere dove sta il pacco? E in Italia?

you can track them in Italia Post website, if no result, it means the parcel has not arrived Italy yet.

Ho provato con il codice nelle poste italiane ma non mi dà nessun risultato è possibile che dal 13dicembre non ho più notizie?
