I bought an item from Aliexpress, but I don't understand at what point is the delivery.

Destination Country - ITALY

Origin Country - CHINA

your parcel is still stuck in Hangzhou waiting for shipping space. You might wait another 2 to 5 weeks to get the parcel.

RH219044834CN is still shanghai. it seems have problem in customs. No sure what is the reason of delay in customs.

RH219044834CN is looping in Shanghai. this is a very bad sign. Based on my experience, your parcel should have problem in customs.

You should open dispute to ebay/aliexpress for lost parcel.

Today I called the post office, and they told me that the parcel left China on 12/02 but, by now, is missing.

you can not know what is the real problem. the only thing you can do is to open dispute to ebay/aliexpress no matter what causes the problem.
