Hi, I'm new on this forum, my name is Eva, I am from Italy.
I have some problems with the goods from China. Some of them left china almost one month ago and there is still no tracking information in Italy. Usually it takes about 1 week from china to italy. Somebody can help me? these are the tracking numbers:
RF124208379CN, RF125988526CN, RJ644416520CN, RK365459947CN, RF136162688CN

now is rush season. shipping time is much longer than regular season.

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows RK365459947CN just arrived Milan yesterday. You will get it very soon.

Other parcels are all in Hangzhou which suffers serious delay. You might need wait another 2 to 3 weeks.
