good morning forgive me I need a courtesy I sent a package to China more than anything else it is a return now it is stopped at customs how it works I don't know you can let me know information about my shipment I send you my track I can not use your forum because I can't log in and then I'm using the translator I send you my CP086012065IT

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CP086012065IT shows the item stuck in Shenzhen customs. Receiver does not make customs clearance.

If this is paypal or aliexpress return for refund, please escalate the dispute. tell marketplace that the goods has arrived in China but seller does not make customs clearance. So your return responsibility is completed. Normally marketplace will refund you money.

Il tuo Postedelivery International Standard spedito in data 28 settembre 2022 dall'Ufficio Postale Roma 182 è arrivato presso le dogane di importazione Cinesi della città di Shenzhen il giorno 9 ottobre 2022.

Quasi sicuramente il venditore non effettuerà lo sdogamento per non renderti quanto speso, se hai pagato con PayPal invia la ricevuta rilasciata dall'Ufficio ROMA 182 e uno screenshot del tracking... PayPal vedrà che l'oggetto è in Cina bloccato in dogana e ti rimborserà

Se il venditore non processerà lo sdoganamento il pacco ti sarà reso via nave oceanica gratuitamente (senza costi di rispedizione, di dogana non so), te lo dico perchè pochi mesi fa' mi è stato restituito un pacco che ho mandato io in Cina con lo stesso prodotto postale.
