My university in China sent me some documents last week via EMS. As of Friday 17th, the tracking of my shipment was no longer updated. This is my shipment number: EA688692415CN. Is it possible to know if my documents have arrived in Italy yet? How much longer do I have to wait before the documents are delivered to my house? Thanks

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EA688692415CN shows the item was sent to airline on Feb 17, It is waiting for flight to Italy.

Based on our experience, the parcel will reach Italy in early March. We will write a post here once parcel arrives in Italy.

Hi, thanks for your reply. Is it normal that it’s still waiting for a flight to Italy? It’s not even a package, it’s an envelope. It should have been delivered within a week. Is it possible that there is a problem with the shipment?

We can not see any problem of the parcel at this moment. Please wait one more week and see what will happen. We believe you will see update soon.

Hi! I saw that there is an update, now it’s showing: arrival at the destination. Does this mean that it is already in Italy? Do you know how much longer I have to wait? Thanks again.

not in Italy yet, but it has arrived in Europe. It will reach Italy soon.
