I'm waiting for RB885458754CN since October !

I have the following tracking informations: Final delivery 05/12/2013 but I HAVE NOTHING !

Could you explain ?

RB885458754CN was returned to shipper on Dec 5. Please file non-receipt dispute as soon as possible.
