This item left China on the 16th of march, but still hasn't reached the UK. Do you know why?

if the parcel left china on Mar 16. it should arrive UK by early April.

you should open dispute for lost parcel.

I have opened a dispute but do you have any other tracking details for it? all I have is it left Shanghai, do you know if it reached any other destinations?
