i ordered an item from ebay. and the seller wrote this tracking number to my ebay page. but it passed 15 days and i did not receive any information on chine post tracking page. please help me.

RC291318159CN has never been received by China Post. It is a fake number. You need file non-receipt dispute with ebay or paypal asap. Check following post:
