I'm waiting for my parcel already from 30th of September! Last update was on 13th of October, the status : Dispatching. How i can find my parcel and to receive it finally?

RB926862121CN should have already been returned to shipper. you need file a non-receipt refund dispute with paypal asap. check following post:
