Hello,

My parcel with tracking code to The Netherlands EV737524725CN is stuck for 8 days arrival at destination, but I haven’t heard anything yet. I would like to know where my package is now? And when I can expect it since it is a gift. Please help me out.

Thank you for your response. I see that my parcel on 2021-07-12 13:39:20 is at location KE and status: Arrival at the Destination.
What does location KE mean?

KE Which means Korean Air，your item arrived South Korea , For now in South Korea and awaiting for airlines to Netherland
