Hey there, I have ordered a jacket in summer and I didn't get it until now, so it is like 4 months... The seller is replying that it will be soon, but as I see it's not coming. And what to do now? Help!

1. I suspect your parcel was return back to seller:
2016-08-09 19:51
Zhengzhou Exchange Bureau, import each other (internal transit)

2. Import means not going out of the country.

1. Since you are not telling us where you bought the article, how you paid for the article. It's hard to let you know.

2. But for as a long period like that it could be impossible to have a dispute if you bought something from Ali Express. You could go back to your credit card and ask them to reverse the charge because you never receive your parcel.

1. Just go through them and ask to open a dispute because you have not receive you article. If that does not work go through your credit card company.
