Por favor averiguar donde está mi envio,ya que en el seguimiento es el siguiente:

Date Status
18/10/2013 Admitido
26/11/2013 En tránsito
27/11/2013 En proceso de entrega
27/11/2013 Entregado
Y no lo he recibido
La dirección es :
C/ PARE GUMILLA Nº 14
46294- CARCER.VALENCIA.ESPAÑA.

En el seguimiento me pone que ha sido entregado , pero yo no lo he recibido.
¿como averiguo donde está?
En el enlaze que me has proporcionado no puedo acceder a que me indiquen a que dirección lo entregaron.

Por favor ayuda !!!
