Hey guys,

so I ordered a package via China Post to be delivered in Germany and it should've arrived today. The tracking system says there was a failed delivery attempt, which is not true, since I was at home at that time. However, now the tracking system says to contact China Post for next steps, which is impossible for me, as I don't speak mandarin. I'm absolutely confused what to do now and I desperately need my parcel..so any hints are very much appreciated :( :(

China Post parcel delivery in your country is handled by Germany Post(DHL packet). You can try to contact them for delivery detail.
