my package is sent by cnz express and the tracking number is S1827538. the tracking is stuck since 25/10 on 'ready to depart' can someone tell me where it is and when i will recieve it?

cnz is not china post and not accepted by ebay,paypal etc. You should ask seller how to track it. If you can not get it within 4 weeks, you should open dispute and claim refund.
