We bought some clothes from Tobao via Superbuy and 8 out of 20 items were confiscated and the package was returned to the sender (Superbuy) and they will not give a reason why they took confiscated the items. All of the items inside were clothes and no fake brands or anything like that, just normal clothes and nothing else.

We have ordered things via Superbuy any times before and this is the first time this has happened. They said that if the custom confiscates or destroys your items it is not covered by their insurance. I asked them why the things were taken by customs and they said that they do not know why and they can't ask the Chinese customs either and that if they confiscated it that's it, there's nothing they can do about it.

I think it's very strange that they can just take your things even though there's nothing illegal inside and won't even give you an explanation. Do these things happen often with the Chinese customs?

Parcel was shipped with China post via SAL by Superbuy. Items were 19 clothes and one backpack, nothing branded or fake goods.
