Hi! I ordered some stuff on aliexpress 15.11.16 and seller give me RO320127729EE code, that code wont show anything except cainiao.com (客户未备好货 2016-11-17 10:00:22) google translate: Customers are not ready goods. Whats thats mean and is this legit code? I know that is omniva code but it wont work in their site.

1. Your tracking number is valid, your parcel is coming from Estonia. The only place where I was able to track the parcel is at the same place as you.

2. Your parcel on the Cainiao is indicating On Route/In Transit.

3. You could contact seller and ask him if everything is OK with the shipment of your parcel. Just tell him you can not track it and see what he is going to tell you.

I contact seller yesterday and his reply is:
"Dear friend,
Please open a dispute. We can refund you directly. Your parcel might be lost.
Sorry for that.
Thank you."
I think, is seller sent package at all, because quick dispute reply? Aliexpress tracking site says: "Tracking information is temporarily unavailable. "
Omniva tracking says: "NOTE! Due to the problems with the data exchange, tracking of international shipments is currently malfunctioning. Please check the statuses of international shipments here (http://globaltracktrace.ptc.post/gtt.web/)."
When Omniva tracking shows info about the shipment?

1. Well it's up to you now to open the dispute and the seller will approve it. Within 15 days altogether you should have your refund done and paid to you.
