I have 2 boxes out of 4 which were not delivered to Romania, and they have different statuses on different websites. The Tracking numbers are CP383252586CN and CP383251824CN. Please help me! I am not coming back to China because I finished my studies and don't have a visa anymore. I already paid for all the fees and taxes for the other 2 boxes. What is happening?

CP383252586CN and CP383251824CN were rejected by Beijing airport safety check point. Both were returned to reception office of shipper's address in the end of January . You will not get these parcels in future.

You need ask some friend to pickup these two parcels for you.

Thank you for your reply. But I already paid almost 2000 RMB for them. Do I get a refund ? Why did they get rejected? Those boxes have to be shipped again. How do I know they will not get rejected again?

Your parcel was rejected by airport safety check point. You can not know which item caused the reject because it is detected by machine automatically. Normally reject is caused by something with safety risk, i.e battery, chemical, liquid, magnet item etc.

To be honest, you can not get any refund. China Post will not ship it again either. If you have valuable item inside, you need ask your friend in China to pickup them from post office and try to send them again by DHL or UPS to Romania.

Frankly speaking, such CP surface parcel is a very cheap but NOT reliable service. Many people who returned from China to their home country have suffered similar problem as yours. They arrived home, but parcel was returned to original post office in China for different reasons but never be sent back again.

If you have valuable item inside your parcel, you'd better use courier service like DHL, UPS etc.

I called several times from Europe to China that now I don’t have credit. I finally got the phone connection with a post office but they said that my address doesn’t belong there. Would please track my parcels and tell me at which post office they are in Shanghai ? My address was 上海，虹口区广中路680弄，And my phone number was 15167142344. Thank you so much

Your parcel was delivered by Post office in 邮政静安区共和新路 ，phone number 021-56651037, postman phone number：15821578659. The parcel was accepted by the reception office of your returning address. You can ask your friend to call above phone number for delivery detail.

Hello. The boxes have been there for almost 3 weeks but it’s not safe to go out because of the virus. How long can the boxes be at the post office until they are claimed? Thank you

My suggestion is to ask your friend call that post office to arrange pickup asap. As time has passed 3 weeks, the boxes might be discarded at any time.

Hello. My friends called both numbers but nobody was picking up the phone. Probably due to the virus even the post office schedule is different. Do you know usually how many days can the items stay unclaimed at the post office? Thank you.
