Track code RA341150484RU
17.10.2014 send a parcel. According to all the services of the track, she arrived at the destination still 06.11.2014. But the seller claims that no parcels at the post office. How do I know where is my package, in which the post office?

Hello Zy4ka,

I have tracked the package and it says "Unsuccessful delivery" so how can you then be so sure that it has been delivered to the seller? Can you tell me where you tracked the package when it did not say "unsuccessful delivery"

It could be, and then that the package has been returned to you so it might be in transit on the way to you. You should ask the seller how long you have to wait until they send a new package, then post the answer here and I will help you ASAP.

the parcel was in following China Post branch 深圳市深南中投递站 on Nov 6. As time has passed over one month and none pickup the parcel, it might have been returned or even sold by government. You can ask receiver call 11185 and see if he can still pickup the goods from this branch.

now is rush season. shipping space to your country is very very limited. you might get the goods after new year.

Hi which company is in aliexpress. Can you give me a link for that suplier ? I might have the same problem
