Mein Paket ist als Retoure nach China zurückgeschickt worden. Nun ist es seit dem 10.12. in HANGZHOU mit der Aktivität "Artikel, der dem Einfuhrzoll vorgelegt wird".
Warum kann das Paket nicht weiter bearbeitet bzw. Versendet werden? Benötigen Sie weitere Unterlagen?

The parcel is waiting for receiver's customs declaration. If you have written receiver's mobile phone number, she/he should have received a text message to make online customs clearance.

If receiver does not get the message, please ask receiver to call 029-87399238, they will guide him/her to make customs clearance.

Another possibiity is that the receiver does not want to accept the parcel and make customs clearance. This often happens when the parcel is a return for refund. In this case, China Post can't. do anything for you. You need to contact the marketplace to push seller to make customs clearance and accept the return. Otherwise the parcel will be returned to Germany.
