My parcel has been switching between waiting for airline space and arrival at the destination for quite some time and I have not received my parcel even though it was shipped in October, what's going on?

http://track-chinapost.com/startairmail.php shows both parcels arrived Qatar airline warehouse in later Dec 2021 and are still waiting for transit flight to Europe.

Omicron crisis has made bad delay on parcels shipped in Q4 2021. Based on our stat, the parcels have more than 80% chance to reach Europe by mid Feb,2022.

LV410104142CN was sent to Guangzhou airport on Jan 21. It is still waiting for flight to Europe.
