My package arrived in the US January 16 but looks like it was sent back by Korean Air January 20 ? Where is my package located and when will it be delivered?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=UJ848717772CN shows the item arrived USA on Jan 20. Normally it must be delivered within 2 weeks after arriving USA.

You need to open dispute to seller for lost parcel refund.
