sometimes you need wait about 2 to 3 weeks to pass security scan. if your parcel has parcel battery,liquid inside, the parcel might be rejected by customs officer and status will stuck in custom scan forever.

I have the same problem as the people above. The item I'm waiting for i a dress that shouldn't be a proble in customs. I see the following log:

As you can see it has taken a long time. Can you please try to help me the dress is for my daughters graduation within less than a month.

normally parcel should arrive sweden within 4 weeks. if over 4 weeks not arrive, it should be lost. you have to open dispute and ask shipper compensate the lost.

parcel arrives within 2 to 4 weeks are all normal. you need some patient.

What to expect regarding RK027710539CN order? It says that the parcel has been In Customs-Control warehouse Suzhou since 20140802 2203. Should I open the dispute? Thanks.
