your seller did not shipped anything, so your question makes no sense.

I am trying to find my parcel which has the following details!! Actually its truck movements is misding since 01/10!! Can you help me to find more info?

RU775292200CN was shipped in China National holiday season, many parcels in that period are seriously delayed. You might need wait another 2 weeks. If you can not get it by end of Nov, you need open dispute for lost parcel.

To whom should I submit it? Is there any email I can send? We are talking about 45 days stucked parcel!!

if you purchased from ebay/aliexpress/amazon, contact customer service to open dispute.
