on 30. of Oct. i have bought an item with tracking nr. RK112300521CN from a seller on AliExpress and he used China Post Air Mail, the item has been shipped out, but i can see that there is no any action in traffic from 08. of Nov. Please help me, will i get my parcel? The seller writes that China Post servise have not updated the information about my order, it is not his fault. Is it true? When will i get my parcel?

you should open dispute to aliexpress for non-received parcel. the parcel has some problem in suzhou customs.

thank's for answer. can you tell me, may be there is possibility then i can get my order? and if i will buy this product again from this seller, i will have problems with delivery again?
