4201123392748927005455000084650642 is a USPS tracking number . USPS shows your seller applied this tracking number on Nov 24 but has not shipped the goods yet. You might need ask seller when he plans to ship your order.

4201123392748927005455000084650642 is not china post tracking number. It is USPS number. It has not been shipped yet.

Yeah China post must be 13 digits, and if you try tracking that number through China post it tells you that.

you can track the number doesn't mean the shipment is real.

After Your seller applied this number from USPS , you will see tracking result like this:
"We have been notified that an order has been received by the merchant for your item at 1:11 pm on November 17, 2020. This does not indicate receipt by the USPS or the actual mailing date."

But above information does not mean your seller has actually given the parcel to USPS. As this number has been applied almost 4 weeks and USPS has not got this parcel yet, it is very likely that your seller use this fake number to rip you off. You must be cautious.
