This is my 4th package from Germany to the same recipient in China in 2 years, the previous 3 had no delivery issues. The final delivery in China is usually via EMS.

But the recipient did not receive any customs payment infos via SMS, E-Mail or other media this time. I heard about a CV-19 issue in Zhengzhou some weeks ago which i thought could be a reason, but isn't it resolved already?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY296427306DE shows the item is still in China customs waiting for duty payment.

If you are receiver , please call China Post hotline 11185. They will give you verification code and guide you download an APP. You can make the APP to make payment.
