Hi,

My package with track&tracenumber RG017854476CN has arrived in the Netherlands on the 10th of august. It is now September 2 and it still isn't delivered. Can you tell me what happened?

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=RG017854476CN shows the item arrived Hong Kong on Aug 10. It is still waiting for flight from Hong Kong to Europe, not in Netherlands yet.

Such R***CN is low priority parcel which has unstable arrive time. You might need to wait more time.

Once parcel arrives in Netherlands, we will write a new post here.

Can you give an estimation of The period my parcel will stay in HongKong? And which postalservice will Deliver my parcel in The netherlands If it arrives?

Such low priority parcel arrival time is not stable. If airline has enough space, it can be sent to Netherlands in one or two weeks. If no space, then it can be delayed for long time(up to 3 months) until all high-priority parcels are shipped and have spare space left for such cheap item.

Once it arrives in Netherlands, Dutch Post will deliver the parcel.

Thanks for your reply. So, is there any way to find out when my parcel is coming my way? Apparently it arrived in The Netherlands on The 9th of september. But where is it now?

You can try to call Dutch Post. China Post parcel can not be tracked in Netherlands Post website.

If Dutch Post can not give you proper answer, it might be lost . you need to claim refund from your bank.
