Hi, my package has been stuck at customs for 10 days. I would like to know what's going on.

https://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=CY298725934DE shows the parcel is in Guangzhou customs waiting for receiver make declaration. Please ask receiver call 11185 to make customs clearance asap.

Hi, i tried calling but didn't work out. Do you have an area code? I also tried with area code 0086

you can not call from oversea, you must call from Guangzhou, China. The 11185 operator will guide the receiver to bring his/her ID to Guangzhou customs and make declaration.

you need to ask receiver to call 11185 and bring his id to make customs clearance.
