Post Package in Shenzhen customs?

Hello,
I returned a package to China from canada via China post. Since November 14, it says that the item was presented to customs in shenzhen, but there are no updates since then. Will my package get to its destination in China? The tracking number is EE218635322CA.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EE218635322CA shows the item arrives in Shanghai customs on Nov 14. Are you receiver? if yes, please contact China Post hotline 11185 to ask for an APP code and make customs clearance online.

What do i do if the seller will not claim the package? This is a return from canada to China and I think the seller doesn’t want to refund me so they will not claim it. I made purchase through DHGate and when I contact them they said they want a picture of the shipping label to confirm the shipping address which I do not have

you can try to call your bank and file charge back against fraud. Your seller does not pickup the parcel, this can be consider as a fraud.
