My package EE068714549MY is now being held in China customs since 3/3/22. Has there been a delay? Thank you.

http://track-chinapost.com/result_china.php?order_no=EE068714549MY shows the item is in Bejing customs waiting for duty payment. Please ask receiver call 11185. They will guide him to make customs clearance and pay import duty.
