From May 30 to return a tablet PC that did not work, but it is the date that the seller says it has not received emails from Mexico and can not tell me where he is. China Post appears as delivered but I need to give shape already and where because the seller denies that come to your address.

3. You should ask Mexico Post to confirm with China Post that the parcel was deliver.

4. It seems to me that the seller is not honest about receiving the parcel. You could also report to the Mexico Police that the seller is trying to fraud you. They in term could send that report to the Chinese Police.

5. Nothing else you can do.

I am having the same problem no one knows where my parcel is rotal mail said it's down to China ems but I can't find a way to contact them to find out what to do my tracking details say delivered but it has not & China ems website doesn't help I don't know what to do please help

Not received my parcel from China ems since September Royal Mail said been delivered but I haven't received it please help

1. Please provide the tracking number so we can help you.

2. If you speak Mandarin you could call China Post EMS:

3. China Post does not answer any e Mail.
